Changing Your Mind Is Healing

I forgot how to use my magic when I became a mother. I was so immersed in my boys' lives I completely forgot about me. Then one day I had a fantastical experience that shook me to my core and reminded me that magic IS real and I still had it within me.

With that experience in mind I went on the path to look for and experience more of that.

I was guided to take life coaching courses to set me on the magical path but I did not realize I was in for a major mental, spiritual, and heart activating overhaul. I was a natural at life coaching but there was something missing because the same patterns kept popping up with clients week after week.

I took a deep dive.

I put coaching aside for a while and started digging into my own mind and my own inner being.

I found a hidden gem.

TRUTH

I spent thousands of hours observing mindset and physical behavior. Through this process I discovered how to dismantle limiting beliefs to their core so the real, QUANTUM TRUTH could be revealed.

How does my coaching work?

The first thing we do is a 30 minute discovery session where we assess your immediate goals, discuss whether I believe I can help you on your journey, and then you will decide if I have the brand of magic you are looking for.

Is it confidential?

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist but I am NOT a therapist and I do NOT give medical advice.

I am a guide to walk next to as you walk your sacred path.

How long does it typically take to see results?

You will feel shifts during the session. You will have new insight during the session and you will see results as they are meant to reveal themselves to you. We never know the timing of complete transformation when one is on a pilgrimage.
